The Summer Set Boise Concert reviews
AT&T Center treated this horribly
The tournament experience itself was horrible; getting there was great. Discovered 2 VERY long lines (general will call) and two other very short lines (for folks who had bought tickets directly from the schools playing), 4 very short lines. The line only really started moving at 11:30 (10 minutes before tip off) when somebody in a dark suit with a walky-talky (we guessed The Summer Set site director) ran out to the line and yelled "are you all waiting for will call?" I joined the long will call line and waited...and waited....and waited. Saw folks trying to pick up will call tickets from the other lines, only to be rebuked by surly ticketing employees. Got to the arena at least 90 minutes before tip-off. After a massed "YES", suddenly the arena's other ticketing tower (at the other corner of the building) opened. We still missed the first five minutes of the first game. This was completely great. It shouldn't take at least 90 minutes to get into an arena when you already have purchased tickets. Why weren't there more ticketing towers open? Needs improvement. Why didn't the arena have more will call windows? Why didn't Ticketmaster have a print-at-home option for this event.
